The Cowboy House should be renamed “The Fun House”!  This home is perfect for your Frio River vacation!  Each roomy bedroom is named and decorated accordingly – with the western theme carried throughout.  The kitchen is fully furnished with a wonderful snack bar to feed all those hungry little Frio River tubers.  The dining table is in an area with two walls of windows so you aren’t missing out on any of the natural beauty.  Inside the spacious living room is a huge wood burning fireplace, just in case you have to move the fun inside.  Outside you are nestled in the oak trees with all the privacy you could imagine.  For your outdoor fun there is a covered carport, a covered BBQ area, as well as a patio that is large enough to call your own dance floor.  The Cowboy House is conveniently located ½ mile (just minutes away) from the Frio River at Neal’s Crossing.

The Cowboy House has a great location, ample room to enjoy the outdoors (and did we mention all the wildlife?), plenty of parking, and the perfect home to make your Frio River vacation memories!

Directions
    From the Houston area:
        Take I-10 West towards San Antonio. In San Antonio as you travel west on I-10 stay to the left to remain on US Hwy 90 West...
    From the Dallas - Ft. Worth area:
        Take I-35 South to Austin
    From the Austin area
        Take US 290 West to Fredericksburg. In Fredericksburg take Hwy 16 South towards Kerrville. At I-10 turn right and go West on I-10 West to
        Hwy 41. Take Hwy 41 West to US Hwy 83. Take US Hwy 83 South to Leakey.
    From Corpus...
        Take I-37 N towards San Antonio. At San Antonio take exit 139 to merge onto I-10 W/US-87 N/US-90 W toward El Paso. Stay in the left lane
        to remain on US Hwy 90 west to Sabinal.
    From San Antonio
        Take US Hwy 90 West to Sabinal.
    From Sabinal
        At the traffic signal in Sabinal turn right on Hwy 127. Stay left on 127 as you leave Sabinal, taking 127 to Concan.
    From El Paso
        Take I-10 E towards San Antonio. Go past Junction and take Hwy 83 S. to Leakey.
    From Leakey
         Go South through Leakey and continue to Concan 17 miles at the intersection of Hwy 83 and Hwy 127.

THE COWBOY HOUSE is approximately ½ mile from the Frio River @ Neal’s Crossing.  It is one of the first homes on the right hand side of Hwy 127 as you approach Concan and the Frio River.

Note:  Guests will need to come to our office @ 289 CR 348 “River Road” to get keys and information packet.  Frio River Vacation Rentals is located approximately 1 ½ mile from THE COWBOY HOUSE.
