If you want to be close to the Frio River with an added bonus of seeing a lot of wildlife, then Deer Trail is the perfect place for you and your family!  You will know you are in the Hill Country the minute you walk into this newly built native stone 2 bedroom/2 bath home. The open concept and high ceilings gives you the space needed for 6 to 8 guests.  The outdoor covered carpot is ideal for relaxing and watching the many deer that frequent this property.  There is a great side yard equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a BBQ and fire.  Deer Trail is just a few blocks away from the 2nd crossing on the Frio River and convenient to other attractions in Concan.

        Take I-10 West towards San Antonio. In San Antonio as you travel west on I-10 stay to the left to remain on US Hwy 90 West...
    From the Dallas - Ft. Worth area:
        Take I-35 South to Austin
    From the Austin area
        Take US 290 West to Fredericksburg. In Fredericksburg take Hwy 16 South towards Kerrville. At I-10 turn right and go West on I-10 West to
        Hwy 41. Take Hwy 41 West to US Hwy 83. Take US Hwy 83 South to Leakey.
    From Corpus...
        Take I-37 N towards San Antonio. At San Antonio take exit 139 to merge onto I-10 W/US-87 N/US-90 W toward El Paso. Stay in the left lane
        to remain on US Hwy 90 west to Sabinal.
    From San Antonio
        Take US Hwy 90 West to Sabinal.
    From Sabinal
        At the traffic signal in Sabinal turn right on Hwy 127. Stay left on 127 as you leave Sabinal, taking 127 to Concan.
    From El Paso
        Take I-10 E towards San Antonio. Go past Junction and take Hwy 83 S. to Leakey.
    From Leakey
         Go South through Leakey and continue to Concan 17 miles at the intersection of Hwy 83 and Hwy 127.

Deer Trail is located just off Hwy 127 at 1481 CR 348, Concan, TX 78838 (River Road) after turning onto CR 348 from Hwy 127, go approximately 1.3 miles. Main roads on the left that you pass will be Mariposa and Canyon Oaks Drive. After passing Canyon Oaks Drive on left, Deer Trail will be on your left approximately 3 blocks.
