HEAVEN’S VIEW is what you have at this wonderful hilltop home.  Enjoy the spectacular views of the Frio River and the Frio Canyon ridge.  The decks are huge and give you ample room to move your Frio fun outdoors.  The “bunk room”, just off of the bottom deck, sleeps six in a unique bedding arrangement, with a Texas bath that completes the lower floor.  Upstairs, on the ground floor, you will find roomy bedrooms, nice closets, large kitchen counter space, and a dining table that is big enough for everyone to enjoy one of those wonderful Frio vacation family meals!  The stars at night are big and bright most any time of year!  Come see for yourself and have your own piece of Heaven’s View!.

    From the Houston area:
        Take I-10 West towards San Antonio. In San Antonio as you travel west on I-10 stay to the left to remain on US Hwy 90 West...
    From the Dallas - Ft. Worth area:
        Take I-35 South to Austin
    From the Austin area
        Take US 290 West to Fredericksburg. In Fredericksburg take Hwy 16 South towards Kerrville. At I-10 turn right and go West on I-10 West to
        Hwy 41. Take Hwy 41 West to US Hwy 83. Take US Hwy 83 South to Leakey.
    From Corpus...
        Take I-37 N towards San Antonio. At San Antonio take exit 139 to merge onto I-10 W/US-87 N/US-90 W toward El Paso. Stay in the left lane
        to remain on US Hwy 90 west to Sabinal.
    From San Antonio
        Take US Hwy 90 West to Sabinal.
    From Sabinal
        At the traffic signal in Sabinal turn right on Hwy 127. Stay left on 127 as you leave Sabinal, taking 127 to Concan.
    From El Paso
        Take I-10 E towards San Antonio. Go past Junction and take Hwy 83 S. to Leakey.
    From Leakey
         Go South through Leakey and continue to Concan 17 miles at the intersection of Hwy 83 and Hwy 127.

Turn left onto Canyon Oaks Drive; follow directions on subdivision sign for Catclaw. Continue up the hillside until the road veers left into another paved road.  As soon as you veer to the left Heaven’s View will be located on your right.  Parking allowed in front of home and in driveway.
